walao...i applied unipack 3 months ago....new phone line already here since 2 months ago..but the streamyx still not here...call up streamyx ..they say application pending...call up agent...say system got problem ..now waiting hq to approve...my god..its like taking forever...i dont know what to do now other than waiting ....

how do u check ur status...i tried using the 2 link provided in the first page...one of it said temporary unavailable...another one..i tried enter my new phone number..but doesnt shows anything...

my god...i do the whole uni pack tru an agent...got my line installed on may 27...and till NOW my streamyx still not here...been paying phone rental (RM26) for nothing for 3 months d....call agent..say wait..call some manager number given by the agent...say got 30k application to process...have to wait (but dunno why my friend get streamyx by 1 week (apply ownself))...
now i dont know whether i should continue waiting or reapply my streamyx...any advice? if i reapply streamyx...then i have to pay the rm50 (connection fees for home line ) and 3 months phone rental for nothing...
i really stuck in mid of all these...any help or advice?

hey...i had register 1mb unipack because i know that my area does not support 4mb line...can i upgrade to 4mb when the port is ready (with unipack price)?

hey..just got my 1mb streamyx today..but i do have a problem...when i first check the speed...its almost 1 plus mb speed..but after like 30 min..it drops to 512 or maybe less...then after i restart the modem..it will back to good speed..but same thing repeats again..drop to less than 512...can i know whats the problem? could it be my line?
