i got the sreamyx for about 3 weeks now...but no notebook news until now....how to check??

i just call hp...then they said that there is no record on my streamyx number...then i call tm to place my order.. they give me this no. 1300 222 600..tm said has another company has incharge on it...damnnn....

call tm today...they said im not a unipack customer....i in a 1 malaysia service...instead of the hp i got the 1 malaysia brand netbook???check the spec is the same as hp mini 210...will receive the laptop this week
