hi guys, i have submitted my application form to the streamyx agent (TARC) on 4th aug. Until now i still hvn get a call from the streamyx agent. May i know what should i do to check my application status? If let's say i do not want to subscribe it anymore can i simply cancel the application? I might consider to apply unifi instead of unipack. So please recommend what should i do now. I'm very much appreciated. Thank you

Anyone have used TP-Link TD-W8901G wireless router+modem...
I planned to replace my riger wireless router to TP-Link one...
Only RM100... very cheap.... but I have no idea about the quality of TP-Link product.. haven't used it before.... only familiar with Aztech and D-Link....

just applied to switch over from existing streamyx to 1mb unipack. should take 3 days or so.

when i went to the tmpoint they said that my area dont support 2/4mbps but yet i get 200kbps speeds from my current 1mbps line. lol.

when the techie comes could i ask him to bump my port up to a higher speed one? or are there other ways to check if my line can support 4mbps speeds?

may i upgrade 1 mbps to 2/4 mbps .....1mbps also is unipac ????can??

14 days after installed streamyx gone, but i still haven't receive the HP Netbook. Call HP, no my record in their sistem meaning TM DIDN"T send my order to HP. Call 100, they said they will buat laopran. Again buat laporan, all i want is TINDAKAN not LAPORAN.

yesterday night get my netbook, but i was not around, so my friend collect on behalf of me.Now just open it for the first time and THANK YOU HP for giving me a FAULTY UNIT of HP Mini 110. The moment i power on it, i saw 2 death pixel on it's screen
Tomorrow i will send it back to service center but i was afraid that the staff don't want to accept my case.... as my friend told me HP policy is at least 3 death pixel and above....

no worries. hp customer service is very efficient 1. my power adapter printer spoil d. they said wanna replaced a new 1.they told me 3 days delivery then after 3 days i received it

make report to mcmc.... and request for 1 month full rebate..... since tm said 14 days to deliver da netbook...

wah after 14days still not receive the netbook?

i 've submit application form at 25/8 n get the new tm homeline at 26/8 n then streamyx at 1/9 installed at my home..

the netbook will arrive after 2weeks or received around 14/9 to 18/9..(strimmix guy said)

worried if the netbook will arrive late than promising date...
i hope not...

I've asked the tm guy A LOT questions when i submit the app form, one of the topic is bout upgrade/downgrade.
he said we can upG/downG and do add on like voice plan etc later on if we want...

duration for upgrade;
384kb to 512kb & 384kb/512kb to 1mb = 24hour after application.. no technician involved/auto upgrade..
1mb to 2mb/4mb & 1mb/2mb to 4mb = technician involved (needs to change the setting n maybe modem )

n oso depend on how fast the approval and action from tm..

correct me if i wrong...

i think model 210 is for earlier subscriber before april...
now all new application will get model 110 as mention on the 1st page of the forum...

whether it is 210/110 is doesn't matter to me,asalkan i got the free n good (not faulty) netbook...
i impatiently waiting for "mine" netbook to arrive, still 14days to go...

hmmm, wonder how TM people work things up, last friday i upgraded 2 Unipack to 4mbps, upgrade was successful but monday i went to double check again as SAMS and MIPS weren't updated with my details, end up no such order, but today i check my line and found out that a 4mbps port was on one of the lines I've upgraded..

Should I head to TM Point to tell them that? or is there any solution that anyone can recommend over here?

don't worry, either u can tell the agent to cancel it or when the technician call u up for appointment just tell him u don wan already

or else call 100 through house phone and tell the operator to cancel it off
