update regarding my RM26 phone rental


2nd bill also including RM26 rental (tm lie to me say first month only ,second month no more)


i go TM ,they gave me thousand of bull shit ,ask me pay again ,they wil rebate at third month


KNS ,CCB ,i bet ,even 3rd month ,they also will sent that RM26 bill to my house

I planning to change suc** Riger wireless router to Dlink or Aztech router...
Which wireless router are good?
Dlink DSL2640B or Aztech DSL1000-EW(L)

The price different between 2 routers are just RM3..! That's why it makes me feel so confuse to decide which one to buy...

UPDATE : Just checked my netbook delivery status! WTH! Before this it stated, 30 August I will get the netbook!!?? But now, changed to 20 Sept!!?? Gosh! They have "broken" their agreement... TM said it will take 2 weeks from streamyx activation....

I just apply my uni pack last tuesday at TM point jalan burmah penang.Today they are support to sent the person to install my streamyx.May I know will they be giving D-link modem for Free school area penang or other brand.Thank you.

this few day i open whole night for download , then when i woke up the modem must dc one, the dc status is so weird, u cant even access to 192.168.1.1 and must switch off and on to restart modem. anybody also facing this problem? or my modem give me the hint that it will rosak soon ?

bro AjkRo6, how you check your delivery status? i want to check too, can teach me , please?

What type of modem that are u use now?


To check your netbook delivery status, simply go to https://h20497.www2.hp.com/os/simpleView.tcl

And before that, make sure you call HP first, ask them your order number and the date they create the order....

ya the modem, my situation is like this, when i go apply i go apply 2m, but when he come active my acc, say i only register 1m, technician gave me riger modem and active my acc. afterthat i go tm request upgrade my line to 2m, then technician come again with 1 more dlink 2640b.so i get 2 modem. izit subscribe a 2m will get dlink and 1m will get riger?

I also tried to install 4mbps in my area .Tm say 4mbps jumper in my area already full and have to wait a few month before they can install the 4mbps.

I also apply for 2mbps, but they give me the cheap and suc** riger modem....
Or it depends on what modem that the contractor have....

better then mine you still got hope, my area i apply 4m , he say copper wire not support

I am Rawang people, of course i go to nearby rawang branch to register, but when they copy my IC said i not enough 18 , then ask me wait until i pass birthday . But my coursemate who live in kota damansara , same not enought 18 years old but he can register and his house now using unicoolpack, the people in TM Rawang there dont trust , i give him my coursemate homeline number for check, then she said "mistake mistake". My mum ask him pointout the terms and condition that must be over 18 for register this unicoolpack, she cant even pointout, and said "you register everything must be over 18 years old" . afterthat i found out no hope that i can register at tm rawang , then i go to kota damansara branch, easily they give me register and now i using this service nearly 1 month , but i still under 18.

In my case , I send 2 application for 1mb , one at my house .. and another at hometown .. I got a Dlink and Riger one respectively

Is HP trying to rickroll me or what?



Why is my netbook status in production now?They just gonna manufacture my netbook now?What the f*** happened to "we'll deliver the netbook in 2 weeks time"?

Hope this help someone:

16th Aug: Went to TMpoint Kelana Jaya and submitted my Homeline & Cool Uni Pack form.
17th Aug: Technician came and installed Homeline.
18th Aug: MIPS showed "no order found"
19th Aug: Went to TMpoint Kelana Jaya again, showed them my Cool Uni Pack form (carbon copy). They submitted the application straight in front of me. Gave me 1 confirmation slip, which included the appointment date.
21th Aug: Technician came and installed my Streamyx. Got Innacomm's wireless modem, with 4 LAN ports.

If your MIPS shows "no order found", you should go back to TMpoint and tell them. They will submit for you straightaway, and you'll get the confirmation slip on the spot as well.


When should I call HP for my HP Mini web tracking code? 3 days after activation?
