finally they assign someone to install my streamyx.checked the web the appointment at 2pm 2moro.want to ask once they come install straight away can use streamyx izit?tq

damm ，remember last time i said i receive bill for phone rental and tm told me only need pay for 1st month ,now second month ,i still receive bill for RM26 phone rental

Good for you.My streamyx was installed almost 2 weeks ago.But the damn netbook is nowhere in sight.
Gonna call HP tomorrow

damn pissed off now.the appointment is 2pm today but i wait whole day until now he havent come and worst thing is i called him cant get thru from 12pm till now.he off his phone.i called 100 and screw them they ask me to wait until 5pm coz the installation team contacted him and he promise will come 5pm...now i check back the status is appointment miss.what the hell.stupid streamyx and tmpoint...useless staff...wasted my whole day to wait at home cant do my stuff and now if they assign new installer then have to wait again 2moro for them to come...STUPID

no.it's not ready and i have waited till 5pm and nobody called me and update me.

i contacted and called so many times but all go to voicemail.

SUCK TM!!!!!!... A lot of reason given.... If I knew the situation will become like this. I will not waste my time spending TIME & MONEY (pay for rental & installation of fixed line) from beginning. They still work in 80's because all top management previously from Gov Staff background.

Mind sharing what model did u got ?

there is no more upgrade..to apply for this, u must terminate ur current streamyx package and apply for this uni cool pack..there is no cooling period after the termination, but it will take sometime for them to process the application and assign you a new port..someone will come with a new modem and configure it

well after i make a big fuss yday today finally they come fix and this installer very good and fast...100% better than the yday irresponsible guy...he gave me a dlink router and help me set everything...haha...waiting my hp now...hope come fast...

Hi in the end how u solve tis prob? call 100 or go back tmpoint? i applied for like 2 weeks already ..until now no news or call from tm alsoo ..

srsly? current line is my dad's and downtime is the only thing stopping me from applying right now

I think what they said is true. It's already happened to me.., previous streamyx was under my dad name, same as phone line also.
But, I can terminate my old streamyx which is under my father name without cooling period at all. I just Fill the termination form and cool unipack form, send it to my HEP, then after 3 hours of submission, my old streamyx already terminated. Then after 6 days from the date of my old streamyx termination, installer came to install the wireless modem and now, I already got my Streamyx unipack.., just waiting for the netbook delivery. Called HP and they said ETA at 30 August 2010. Hopefully.....

Or maybe it's depends on certain TMPOINT also.....

average downtime about 6 days, and I'm online using maxis broadband in that downtime period...

Anyone whom just received their netbook, can check how long is your warranty?
