Hi there, I have registered this Cool Uni Pack about 2 weeks and 2 days ago. A week later after registration, on a Friday, the technician came to my to-be-installed house without notification, no phone calls or anything but I am not sure if they/he (the tech) is coming to install. Now, how do I know if my registration is successful? I also don't have a Homeline yet as I live in a rented room.

And now, I am having my semester break and am back in Klang. Assuming the tech who came last week was to install the internet, does it mean my account is active and (if it isn't) will I be charged at the end of Sept? My sem break is now til the end of the ninth month.

Qs
1) Is my registration successful? How do I check? (no TM Homeline)
2) Is my account activated?
3) Will I be charged like normally?

Go to TM Point and make some noise to the counter person(serious suggestion)

I waited for 6 days.Even that after I went to TM Point and raised my voice at the branch manager to make them process the order faster.
If there's delay in getting the tracking code you should call TM.No point calling HP if they didn't receive any order from TM.

Why? I heard rumour alot ppl did tat successfully too.

The TM worker submitted my Streamyx application in infront of me, and straight away I got the confirmation slip.

Did you get your confirmation slip on the spot?

Stinking branch manager said it's their branch policy to not give out confirmation slip.

i juz pass the unipack form to that guy only, then he tell me ok d, nvr giv me anything...

Try Kelana Jaya's, and show your carbon copy to Khairul (Application counter), he's very pro

I think the confirmation slip is very important people. Please ask for it.

Hi, wanted to ask if the promotion is still available or not by September..

ask whether the santa claus is coming town..

I hope he will.. Recently someone told me that this promotion is ended as what tm told him.. Needed some confirmation on this

According to the Kajang TMPoint staff , the promotion is till end this year ...

so is it possible for me to apply if i terminate my current service by this next week? Do i have to wait for any quarantine period or what? Thx

well i keep calling tm100 and scold them kao kao then finally they install my streamyx yday and now it's working fine.i get a dlink wifi modem. =)

Khairul ... haha i went tmpoint kelana jaya and he is the one register for me home line and unipack.the next day after i apply my homeline and streamyx they came install my homeline and after 1 week only the come install my streamyx. i guess if you don't rush them to process the streamys application they will delay it. now i am waiting my hp mini to arrive by september.will call to hp to ask tm already send my order to them or not.

want to ask here if in the future my dlink modem got problem or kena lightning ,i should take to tm to claim warranty or where?tm will 1 to 1 exchange new modem or take the old modem to repair?any one experience this yet?

Your D-Link has 1 or 2 antenna?
