how much i need to pay for the 1st month and following week ? the tm homeline already exist 10years, juz install streamyx only.

i think it means they not yet distribute to the technician..

my situation same with u..just installed end of july.i nt get my bill yet.

i ask tm guy last month they told me will have some adjustment at the bill date,the rental fees only will waived after ur streamyx activation(after technician come install it), so mayb u still have to pay it for the 1st or 2nd month. but after u get the 1st bill ifno satisfy with it just go tm point ask clearly.

do you think changing to new modem will solve the frequently disconnect problem??? TM technician already came to my home on today afternoon, he said to my father, there's no problem at DSLAM and my line, but the problem still persist now...

is it RM38 for 1st bill?

if u register RM38 so ur bill would be 30+26+phone bill

if anyone remember what's the form like, for section 1a, if i have an existing tm homeline+streamyx acc, should i tick on new or addiitional or number of tm homeline service?

2nd, for the section 1b, since i have existing streamyx line(under my name), i should be ticking the upgrade option right?

the girl that came to my uni(i think PT) knows nut about it. she told me i MUST apply a new line for my this package (WTH). she asked me to 'tick' everything new @.@ i feel like slapping her for not listening to me.

Hello, I have some questions here.

I initially have a homeline and streamyx which is not under my name. So I install a new line to apply for this package to prevent the 30days quarantine downtime.
Now I got my homeline activated, but now they told me my area dun have port ald. What can I do now?

Can I ask them to terminate my existing streamyx so that to make the port available for my new account? Or any other way?

Has been using this package for few months, and I am moving to new house soon. Can I relocate this to new address, so my new house has this homeline and streamyx without any charges?
