if anyone remember what's the form like, for section 1a, if i have an existing tm homeline+streamyx acc, should i tick on new or addiitional or number of tm homeline service?

2nd, for the section 1b, since i have existing streamyx line(under my name), i should be ticking the upgrade option right?

the girl that came to my uni(i think PT) knows nut about it. she told me i MUST apply a new line for my this package (WTH). she asked me to 'tick' everything new @.@ i feel like slapping her for not listening to me.

maybe your friends get the One malaysia package .. @@ .. they also offer 4mbps come with 1 malaysia netbook or hp netbook < this 1 more expensive if im not wrong.

hey...i had register 1mb unipack because i know that my area does not support 4mb line...can i upgrade to 4mb when the port is ready (with unipack price)?

Mine at pandan indah (all the staffs there not even helpful , typing damn slow , very bad services)

does that means for 1mbps we only need to pay RM30 in total every month?

No . No penalty or cooling period for new Unipack application

base on my Story ..
I've been using STREAMYX BASIC 1 Mbps Rm88 for past 4 yr
Abt 2 month ago , just change to BB deal plan 1mb (new contract applied)
On 31st July , send application for UniPack package on the same old homeline number
My previous BB 1mb package got terminated on the 1st Aug (which is still in contract) . No termination charge 
On 4th Aug , the streamyx installer gimme a call for installation of New Unipack 1mb package w a free Dlink modem
And back online on same day installation ..

Conclusion for this Unipack ,
- no cooling period (1 month)
- no need extra charge (for setup newer wiring for newer homeline number) if use the same old homeline no.
- no penalty chargers for breaking contract

may i ask..

why tm point ask me to terminate my existing home line then apply new home line again? (homeline not under my name)
then i will have two home line??

shall i just terminate streamyx i'm using now, then apply cool uni pack?
