To those in 3rd & 4th year,go in the TM point & say that you're in 2nd year & give ur best coolface.Hopefully the counter person will pity u and process the application.
Gomen might come with extra step to prevent sale of this subsidized netbook.Only way I can think of is blacklist the netbook from claiming warranty it there is owners change.(This will require us to register the netbook 1st). |

regarding my bill kena charge 25 rental
tm suck ,they told me first month is like tat 1 ,go pay first , second month if still like tat only complain to them after i heard ,i macam feel KNS |

After 1 week of waiting n finally my netbook arrive at 5.30pm today, seems very fast only one week after install the streamyx

Actually some people don't know that Tm holds another record of registered streamyx account and as well as their notebook serial number. So if you sell your notebook , TM knows - even if the notebook is not registered yet , and if its registered with a different name. Just got back from TMPOINT.. what make me so curious is the guy at TMPOINT didn't give me anything as a "prove" that I have registered the new Streamyx UNIPACK. He only said that their contractor will come to my house within 5-14 days... And suprisingly, my old Streamyx account already terminated..... No cooling period also... even though I just terminated it for less than hour ago...
 I'm online through Maxis broadband now.... Gosh! I'm really worry about this now..... because when I called 100, the person there said different, she said that if I terminate the account now, I will be imposed RM350 penalty charges.., It was because my father has upgraded to 1mbps basic streamyx 3 months ago... (new contract if i;m not mistaken) but the guy at TMPOINT said, I can terminate my account without any penalty fees.... And the guy at TMPOINT also didn't give me any receipt or slip for UNIPACK registration and termination of streamyx account as a prove.... Which person should I believe now, CSR at 100, or the guy at TMPOINT??????? I'm afraid of penalty charges now.... went to tm point taipan 12pm they said system down ask me go another tmpoint...so i went kelana jaya there and tadaaa the guy so nice and friendly and within 15mins done my application.although have to wait about 1 hr but worth it for the free hp mini.hehe...waiting the tm guy come install my phone line 1st then oni install streamyx...then is my baby hp mini...weee...so happy hehe

i got the unipack in may. now the modem router they gave has spoilt. anyone with experience on claiming warranty for TM supplied modems? will they replace? must i go to the branch or call?
