i have problem..

i applied for streamyx bb deal middle of june. on 1st july the technician came to instal the telephone line. but a friend of mine who is an agent to the TM asked me to subscribe for the school unipack. so i use my cousin's name to apply. the application approved on 16th july. 1 week later i called the assigned contractor when to install the streamyx but they told me port is not ready.

but today, i checked again thru sams link my application already cancelon 5th August. i called the technician and 100. both of them told me there is no available port in my area. the CS on 100 told me they are in process of building the new port.

my question is what i'm suppose to do? i'm thinking of terminate the telephone line as i am tired of waiting. one more thing, TM can simply cancel the application without telling us??

I'll share my experience.This is happened at same TM Point branch.

1st visit:Take form & the lady ask me to fill up the unipack form & new line form.
2nd visit:Different lady told me that I need some kind of course structure stating which year I'm in right now from my university.
3rd visit:Since I was lazy to ask for the course structure thing,I thought of trying my luck with the same lady from the 1st visit.Walla!The 1st lady accepted my form without any fuss.She even told me that the installation could take some time since there's lots of application from my area.(Note:This rarely said by TM workers.They always says everything will be done in 7 days)

After 1 1/2 weeks I got my streamyx.Now waiting for the netbook to arrive.What I want to say is different people at the counter have different way of processing the form.If your form wasn't accepted for insufficient data or problem with the year of study,just try your luck with different counter.With some luck your application will be accepted.

U nid to purchase a GPS receiver device to make it works
