i got the unipack in may. now the modem router they gave has spoilt. anyone with experience on claiming warranty for TM supplied modems? will they replace? must i go to the branch or call?

innacomm w3100. so i went to the tmpoint branch first thing this morning, and they told me for modem issues we have to call 100 and request for a new modem, as tmpoints dont hold stocks of modems. getting to speak to someone on 100 is another hassle. haih..

any of you guys are technically inclined. perhaps you can tell me whats wrong with it. about 1 week ago the WLAN light on the modem suddenly shut down, and suddenly my router stops transmitting my wifi network. i checked the setup page and it states WLAN is enabled. so i tried to disable and enable again, but the WLAN light remains off and it just wont transmit my network. all this while, connecting directly to my PC through LAN has no problems. so only WLAN issue here
