Only 1 , their system checks if there is a streamyx under your name with the current package. If its yes , then you may not apply for another line and get another netbook

thanks.. notworthy.gif

It has been said for couple of times

J stands for Jumper

A Cross means jumper has not been done yet. Meaning your ADSL cant pick up signal yet

A tick means well its been configured. Your modem should able to detect ADSL signal and sync to it

A green F means jumpering has been done and you are using a fibre optic line

To those in 3rd & 4th year,go in the TM point & say that you're in 2nd year & give ur best coolface.Hopefully the counter person will pity u and process the application.

Gomen might come with extra step to prevent sale of this subsidized netbook.Only way I can think of is blacklist the netbook from claiming warranty it there is owners change.(This will require us to register the netbook 1st).

Actually some people don't know that Tm holds another record of registered streamyx account and as well as their notebook serial number. So if you sell your notebook , TM knows - even if the notebook is not registered yet , and if its registered with a different name. HP can always check two records to check if the notebook was actually sold or not.

Just sharing this with you guys, letting you guys know and be aware of that .
