CORRECTION:

when i use 10.4 i got flicker issue(black screen) and after i upgrade to TwL Modded CCC 10.7 the issue had gone but my fps in games spikes(eventually up & down) even i set graphic to lower setting. someone can suggest me others fix?

Use TwL Modded CCC 10.8 Beta(v3.80 Final).
I guess it should fix your problem.

now i'm using 3.75v and can say it's a good driver..

how your 3.80v??

just now i tried..improve a bit but still got fps spike

If you read up the v3.75 reports, there's a lot of users complain it's problematic. Even TwL said that the Driver have bugs too.
The new TwL Modded 10.8 Beta(v3.80a) should be better. Bugs fixed and performance boost!

erm, i use this driver playing TF2( Directx9 games)

i can't have the problem..

i will try 3.75v first in BF:BC2 first..

im using the modded driver(3.75) n playing singularity higest settings at 1920x1080 with no probs(121 fps man)

well i bought the CM GX series 550W.
i think should be sufficient for my 5750 eh?

Is it me or is it BF:BC2 doesn't crash anymore? with TWL Modded drivers?

Well, this PSU I'm confident to use it with my OC'ed 5850, enough to CF the 5750 (and the 5770) if you're think about it.
Might as well be good enough for an OC'ed 5870
I don't know about an overclocked GTX480 though...

See, when you buy good PSU you are investing it for using much powerful graphic cards in the future...(and of course other hardware like when upgrading the proc, etc.)

Yeah, this game runs superbly on the 5850. 120FPS~ish all the way...

I luv 'Unreal Engine 3', it's utilizes the GPU to it's full potential so far as my card is concerned (PC 5850), unlike Metro 2033's engine, or worst, the old CryENGINE (Crysis 1 and Warhead)

For me CM GX Series PSU is 1 of the worst PSU ever.
If you check the reviews, you'll see how it damages your hardwares(unlucky) when being stressed.

FPS ma, why need to bother enabled V-Sync

guys, is it ok if i let my pc runs more thn 24hours none stop?
i usually left my pc overnight on for downloading purposes..
i afraid it might affect my hd5850...

Nah, it looks a tad promising than the rest of the hopeless line of PSU's from CM..
Well, I think it alright as long that PSU isn't load pass 40%(or even way less) of it's capacity

A single 5750 should do fine..

better put it on or off?
bcoz i alwayz put it on...

v-sync will capped the framerate according to ur monitor refresh rate.
dis is to prevent games having too much frame per second different (some games can got up to 100+ fps on som occasion).
bcoz if the fps different too big, it might cause som tear on image.

enable v-sync if u see screen tearing

Yeah enable v-sync can make sure your GC no need to full load(100%) for some simple game.
