ATi folks keep their cards close...but the Nvidia cards closer!  biggrin.gif
I re-apply my 5850 with Tuniq TX-3, improved by 5c  @IDLE, and 7c @LOAD, it's worth it!
but so far as I concerned, Asus won't let you open up the cooler... sweat.gif

I installed and love the Modded CCC + Driver from TwL and didn't use CCC(after 10.4) to do the OC. Because it'll stuck at very high clock speeds and causing higher temperature.  mad.gif  vmad.gif
So, I use the almighty MSI Afterburner.  thumbup.gif

PowerColor Releases HD 5770 Single-Slot Graphics Card

TUL Corporation, a leading manufacturer of AMD graphics cards, today added a slim solution to the HD5700 series: the HD5770 Single Slot Edition. The latest variation uses a single-slot fan design that enables users with limited space in their cases to build performance centric rigs. The HD5770 single slot edition can maximize your rig's performance by providing the possibility for gamers to upgrade their rig without compromising space.

PowerColor's HD5770 Single Slot Edition clocks in at 850MHz core speed and 1200MHz of memory speed. The one slot cooling design optimizes air flow and cools down the temperature efficiently, enabling high gaming performance the likes that have never before been seen in a slim design. The special fan design also provides the potential for gamers to set up a 4-way Crossfire graphics love fest.

"The HD5770 single slot design offers a unique option in performance for our product lineup," says Ted Chen, CEO of TUL Corporation. "We can fulfill the endless desire for performance and multi-function when space is a premium."

PowerColor HD5770 Single Slot Edition will be available on Aug 13th.

Nice PSU, never seen this before  thumbup.gif

Well, this PSU I'm confident to use it with my OC'ed 5850, enough to CF the 5750 (and the 5770) if you're think about it.  biggrin.gif
Might as well be good enough for an OC'ed 5870  tongue.gif
I don't know about an overclocked GTX480 though... whistling.gif

See, when you buy good PSU you are investing it for using much powerful graphic cards in the future...(and of course other hardware like when upgrading the proc, etc.)

Bro, why don't you enabled the V-Sync?

Yeah, this game runs superbly on the 5850. 120FPS~ish all the way... thumbup.gif

I luv 'Unreal Engine 3', it's utilizes the GPU to it's full potential so far as my card is concerned (PC 5850), unlike Metro 2033's engine, or worst, the old CryENGINE (Crysis 1 and Warhead)  doh.gif

FPS ma, why need to bother enabled V-Sync smile.gif

Yeston Designs Radeon HD 5770 X2 Graphics Card

Now that AMD seems to have given the 40 nm Juniper GPU (on which are based the Radeon HD 5700 series models) a new lease of life, manufacturers can continue to get innovative with the Radeon HD 5770 GPU. One such board partner, Yeston, designed a Radeon HD 5770 X2 graphics card, which simply put, is a dual-GPU graphics accelerator that makes use of two Radeon HD 5770 GPUs, each with its own 1 GB of GDDR5 memory, that share the PCI-Express interface using a PLX-made bridge chip (perhaps the same one used on the Radeon HD 5970).

The PCB holds both GPUs on the obverse side, the PCI-Express bridge chip on the reverse side, and memory chips on both sides. A 4+1 phase VRM is used, additional power is drawn in from just one 6-pin PCI-E power connector. Both GPUs work in tandem via an internal CrossFire interface, it can pair with another Juniper-based graphics card for 3-GPU or 4-GPU CrossFireX. The duo are cooled by a large heatsink, air is circulated by two 90 mm fans. AMD reference clock speeds (for the Radeon HD 5770) of 850 MHz core, and 1200 MHz (4200 MHz GDDR5 effective) memory are used. Display connectivity includes two DVI, one HDMI, and a DisplayPort. Knowing Yeston's reach, it's not very likely that this card will be sold in the US more towards the Asian market.
