having problem with display..its randomly keeps getting blinking black screen when i use HDMI output to my tv..it happen either CF or single card.. need help please

when i use 10.4 i got flicker issue(black screen) and after i upgrade to TwL Modded CCC 10.7 the issue had gone but my fps in games spikes(eventually up & down) even i set graphic to lower setting. someone can suggest me others fix?
