err bro, did u notice a discolored blotch in the middle of your photo?
Yes. Obviously. It's a bluish hue in the middle. As for the "jaundiced skin" colourisation, the resulting image can be corrected by either going to manual (white balance) on your camera, and reducing the white balance setting until correct or playing around with the colours in an editing programme during post processing.

Mass recalling iPhone 4 that has been sold by Apple? Should I be saying yet another in before they providing us with iPhone 4 Case Programme for a temporary fixation? Maybe we are being paranoia or a bit strenuous about the white balance issues? I'm not propagandising here to inflict fear or to cause unwanted anxieties to others, I love the iPhone 4 as much as you do or the girl next door too. However, issues will remain issues lost in the shuffle of Apple's products.

A bad apple is a bad apple, nonetheless. I want to have a bite on a sweet, juicy and crunchy apple, at the very least.

Regards, Joey

thats the thing Joey, you have been harping about the negatives while not having an iPhone yourself, all you have are first hand account of disgruntled users whom have chosen to air their displeasure on the internet, a skewed medium that doenst not represent the majority. Those who have relatively little or no problems would not fill the internet with their positive accounts, and i can safely say these people are the majority users out there. Tell you what the next time we have a TT(Teh tarik) session or gathering, do not be shy and join us to experience the iPhone 4 yourself and judge it for its entirety or you could always PM bro String,Beavis, or Yuvanesh or our mod Tink for a meetup and test their sets to the hilt. Like you said a bad apple is a bad apple, even a bad bmw is a bad bmw too, as a consumer know your rights, send it in for a warranty request a DOA, or worse come to worse a refund for all its worth, there are just too many phones out there which may be better than the iPhone 4 lets not make the iPhone seem to be the last phone on the planet.

nah... most whiners prefer to just whine.

so far, we've had 2 meet up n play sessions for iPhone4 ... turnout is less than 100 ... where are all the 'oh-so-vocal' LYN members?

not free la, jauh la, bla bla bla ... then wait quietly for your local telco to launch, and you are free & nearby to go and test.

I've been blessed, got some friends who are willing to let me play with their iPhone4 for the whole day, so I am very very impressed with it.

a very sad truth, and yet there is nothing much, that we can do about it.

@devil86,
You can get a MicroSIM from Maxis if you're using Maxis as your service provider. Alternatively, go cut the SIM card of urs biggrin.gif

If it is today, I can probably help as I have the micro-sim cutter. But if it is tomorrow, it's gonna be tough since a few of us are making a day trip down to Singapore.

After you've hole-punched your normal sim into micro-sim, you can purchase a micro-to-normal sim adapter to reuse it back on other normal phones. Contact Beavis68 for details.

Got a replacement today but now my camera has the blue greenish blotch in the middle like that of @orangbulu. The technician at genius bar was helpful and brought two units out again and they all had the same issue. Then another technician took out his unit and again the same problem. Then we tested most of the display units there and found the same issue with all (either with yellow tint or the blue greenish blotch). Then they come to a conclusion that it is a software problem.

I went back a semi happy man. To choose between the two problems I'd prefer the blotch rather than the tint. But having a blotch especially when you take indoor upclose photo is definitely not in my list of favourite things.

Just to share my experience and please don't flame me for my input. I thought forum is about sharing your experiences and to help other forumers
