@beavis68,
Should be delivered to home address since there's no physical Apple Store in Singapore. I doubt Apple will deploy the same tactic here since it's very much dependent on their current contracts with the telcos.

@xaw5126,
Er... orders opened for iPhone 4 oredi meh? *ok lemme get into the www to check it ou*

@aruja_69,
Perhaps U should go through the FAQ or maybe go through Apple's website instead of waiting for someone to attend to you here?

@dokidoki,
Pre-orders will probably be done by the telcos. I doubt it'll happen with the Online Apple Store; as mentioned it's Online. Apple doesn't have a physical brick-and-mortar store in SG for U to go queue tongue.gif

@treblecase,
Perhaps U made your purchase via the Malaysia Online Apple Store, which is managed or routed through via Singapore. The Singapore Online Store only delivers within Singapore.

For those who's intending to make the 7% GST claim on the SG sets; please read through the T&C on Apple Online Store to see if it's gonna be applicable.

I'm saying this because I know for a fact that purchases made via the AU Online Store doesn't apply for GST claims.

@nokia2003,
Apple reseller is possible but not from the AU Online Store - there's a clause that states that in there.

@hihihehe,
From an actual "brick" store U can claim GST. Just not from the Online Store!

@nokia2003,
Eh.. just cause I contacted *ahem* doesn't mean I don't want the AU set - let's wait and see on the pricing but from what I can tell, I think the SG sets will be cheaper. Am just wondering on the wait time for the i4 sets from SG.

Are U still going to be queuing?

@clawhammer,
I've spoken to a couple of people who's currently using the iPhone 4 here in Msia and thus far, no one's complained about the reception issues.

Also, no contacts for additional sets - U need to go make ur own friends tongue.gif

@ck_yoong,
No news but should still be available. It makes sense if it's delivered / given to U at point of purchase otherwise it's gonna be some kinda logistics nightmare !

@g3n0c|d3,
Am sure U'll be able to find a Singaporean friend from now till the launch of the iPhone 4. My only worry is the shipping time on the SG Apple Store!

@anonymous4privacy,
I'm sure there's a group of people who's willing to pay a premium price for something they want; esp since it's not even introduced in our market. Even when Maxis/DiGi introduces it, I'm quite sure there'll be a scarcity.

@nokia2003,
I'm still waiting patiently for my set; which is due to be shipped next week but I've not heard anything from the damn Apple Online Store! On the bright side, LV is in biggrin.gif

@ksc_3688,
Yes.. I ordered 2x32GB. Well, based on the email I received upon placement of my order, the delivery date is not till 23/25 August so Apple isn't really late, yet tongue.gif

@megatron007,
Ah.. Yes.. I remembered someone mentioning they got their MicroSIM free... don't know how U got it but thus far, when I check there's a RM25 price to it. Since I've cut my SIM and when it was tested on an iPhone 4 and it works, I'll just use it till it stops working biggrin.gif

@beavis68,
Eh.. U not using ur bumper, can I pinjam it first...?! *smiles* [prepping for the arrival of her iPhone 4!]

@S4a,
If it's truly an issue, Apple would have stopped selling the iPhone 4, instead of continuing its launch.

@eugenechiuu,
If U haf so much issues with it then don't buy. It's not like Apple's forcing it down our throats and that we have to make the purchase. We all still have choices biggrin.gif

@benny888,
It will be reset once a year, so if you're always making the request, they probably won't entertain it or do it.
