Play games on ur alien like 2-3 hours or more ?

yeah same quote when im complained for my previous xps. Twice repair and the third times they give me this reason. Is it just an excuse or wat

Well I guess this is typical Malaysian technical answer try to get this overseas see if they get sued or not for defaming their own Company. If I were to get this answer I would demand the guy to give me a written letter bout this and I will submit it to Dell USA. I complain bout overheating on my XPS and earlier one of those technical support people say it's like that then when I demand they give me a written answer and to provide full details bout it he straight pass me to his supervisor to answer me. End up they had to send technician to come and change my heat sink + fan and apply thermal paste. But temps still didn't reduce so their answer is since they did what they could they can only replace the whole mobo if got fault, since now just overheat they can't do much edi.

longest? nearly a month... 3 weeks+ to be more precise..

i think i ve switched on my laptop 2mths non-stop, folding...

only restarting sometimes due to Windows Update...

HDD dun like being shut down too often anyway...

9am->1am everyday~ 2pm -> 1am on school days~ I know... I no life~ but gaming is my passion~

i use mon-fri during working hour 9am-6pm non-stop. other than that seldom use...house got desktop...

GOBI is the WWAN card iirc. For mobile data connection.
