Finally....
Received my Alien today and here is some pics of my alien.

My M17x

this is my reorder and it takes 3-4 weeks for them to close the first order with 4870 cards and this new order take around 2 weeks to arrived at my house.

never use any cooler before, but once my temp goes sky high till reaching 90+.

but once i clean up the GPUs heatsink, i never reach 60 on both of my GPUs.

i lol on whoever don't use Alienware but says Alienware bad at cooling.   3.5 hours straight gaming during summer on both GPU, still never reach 60. 

so i don't think cooler is necessarily for M17x.

he claim manufacturing standard is 5 dead or 1 bright pixel...so he said mine consider ok.. Dell QC drop a lot now days when i talk to the technician, but service still thumb up. In fact the technical support call me if i wanna change the LCD panel, but this time i 'm tired haha....So i will temporary live with it..Anyone extend the warranty to 3 years? i think really worth it

Why is your 3DMark06 score so low? My M15x can get 12,075...
3DMark Vantage looks normal for a machine like yours though.

my previous HD4650 CF dont have this prob. @@ how come aa?

if yes how many partition u make and how many left in ur C: drive?

if that sound really came from your HDD, thats mean your HDD is dying.

better run some test to see its condition and meanwhile, email to Dell Support about your problem.
920XM is the only i7 mobility CPU that successfully reach 'sufficient' level for me, personally.

lesser than that is afraid to bottleneck in certain games and more that that is simply overkill, unless you just aiming to benchmark your system.

well, 920XM play with the multiplier a bit become 940XM already rit???

well, 940XM have higher overclock ability

did Intel revised their production lately???

edit: ok, i juz checked, both 920XM and 940XM are of the same stepping (B1), so 940XM is more of like a fine tune of the production...

oc wise they should be roughly the same...

Woah, just went to check it up, and it turned out true...
But why is ATI card cheaper than NVIDIA?
Especially when the ATI HD5850 has better performance than GTX260M.
I'm confuse!?!? 
Man why didn't they came out with the optional upgrades sooner? I would have chose it.
