I'm jealous , when did you get your streamyx activated and installed?

Did you read my "diary". Anyway I'll explain

26th April - Registered , and got the conformation slip (upgrading from 4Mbps Combo to 4Mbps UniPack). They said it will be done within 24 hours

27th April - 14th of May - Made calls to TM , called up MCMC. TM said my line has been already upgraded , however HP did not get any order information from TM. Some of their system shows that I've upgraded others show that I am still on the old plan. Finally they sent tech again to do the upgrade from 4Mbps to 4Mbps (surprising eh , they still insist on sending one whereby I'm already on 4Mbps , it seems that its their policy. But since its their policy , i did not bother)

16th of May - tech guy came , upgraded to Streamyx Cool UniPack

18th of May - HP entered the order

28th of May - got call from the shipment company saying that they will deliver tomorrow

It took a long time for me to do a simple upgrade.

agree... i register for the unipack, i check on their website my area support 4mb but when i go to TM they say my area not support wtf!
so i register for the unipack,after 1 month. tmnet call me they say they will coming to my hse .

but until now not yet come. I just wondering i using 1mb, they say not support 4mb than what for they come my hse? Cari makan?

Just upgrading took so long ? It took my friend 3 days to settle everything (upgrade + netbook) in 3 days... I guess it depends on the area again

Well if he did upgrade from <4Mbps to 4Mbps , then its okay. But I am moving from 4Mbps to 4Mbps. They still insist sending their tech over to my place to test if i can support 4Mbps , even though I am on 4Mbps

but now i m trying to uppgrade from 1 mb to 4mb,yet they say not support but they stil wan to come emmmm....

Everything is waived for Streamyx installation. You don't pay anything to the Streamyx Technician. If you are speaking of new homeline installation, then it's a different story.

I want to apply, but I lost my Admission Letter, what should I do?

Is it necessary to bring Admission Letter, besides student ID and IC?

18/5 Passed the form and paid for new homeline, took the phone too
21/5 Tech came wanted to cut line but said he will leave the line through the weekend so i can use the internet
24/5 Tech potong line, new homeline actived by evening
28/5 Streamyx tech came and pasang everything, can online by noon.

Netbook...waiting
Process seems to be very smooth and fast. Registered at Bayan Baru Penang branch.

And I registered at the same branch... receiving the shittiest service ever... 2 weeks already still haven't terminated my connection...

28/5 10.XXpm, my mum received call from dunno which guy saying that they will deliver tmr morning and my mum changed the receiving place from my home to her office.

try spamming their email with ur queries...

the netbook honestly really slightly slow. open and tried load quite sslow. and my sis wanted so i throw to her.
