how to use streamyx if there is no phone line ? without copper line infrastructure ?

i sent to carepack of HP also no reply yet .. 3 days alr .

TM really waived the phone rental charge of RM26, but instead of putting RM0.00 as "Caj Bulanan" they put as RM1.00, anyway RM1.00 is ok for me, not RM26 is good enough

I just subscribe this unipack, i wanna go for 4mpbs but been told no 4mpbs port available at my place so only can get 1mbps. Just to let u guys know that the phone rental is included for this package, same as streamyx combo n its written as streamyx combo unipack on the receipt, lol.

hi, i got a problem.

I applied for the 4mbps package. I applied for a new phone line and the coolUniPack altogether.

the phone line is installed on the 8th June. But until now the streamyx line is not here yet. I called the agent, he told me he had already submitted my application and it's processing. He basically blamed it on TM for the slow and delayed installation.

But when i check my application status with TM Online website, it's shown "No order found"

Hopefully someone can enlighten me regarding my issue and suggest on what should i do.

everyone knw that phone rental included in the fee...not a new things for us

Advise to change the warranty asap as u can..

as our another package Jalur Lebar which just offer 1 year warranty for HP netbook.

Jz in case they mess up /compile up CoolUni or Jalur Lebar also 1 year warranty..then quite unlucky to u

Cool unipack netbook come with default 1year n 2months warranty . the other 42p package come with 1yr only....

this is v3 thread d..and everyone knows CoolUni netbook come with 2 yrs warranty. Just we need to email HP to alter our info in their system.

i had email to hp but they tell me to show reciep? who i had emailed is just leave some comment in hp website, is there any specific email address for me to solve these? what do i need to do?

you may take a few screenshot of your HP Product Warranty Status Results.
then give them your PN , SN..
