i applied it on last tue ,and upgrade from 512 to 1 mbps . Then unfortunately i called to 100 yesterday and the operator told me that my order was processed on last thur ,which the technician should come to activate my streamyx ( i dont really understand ) , but they never call me . in addition , she told me there is a remark KIV ( KIV? means ?)

but then she gave me the technician's contact , where he will come to my house to activate my 1 mbps ( huh ? have to come to set my modem ??? ) then it's ok , i double confirmed with the operator is there any charges , she said NO . WEll , i'd made appointment with the contractor and he will be come at 3pm later . anyone has same situation ? im so confused , and according to the previous posts , once the activation later has done , i better call to hp to ask for my netboook ?? i saw some bloggers said that they can get the netbook 1 day after activation , but why i read through above , they said tm needs to send order to hp (4-5days ) then only hp call to customer ( 1-2days ? )

the case was like today the account was activated , then called to hp , then next day or the 2nd day delivered to house .... or the case above is not in klang valley ?

but i confused , the procedure of tm send order to hp needs 4-5days ?

really ? urghh too bad .. the contractor promised to come at 3pm today but he postponed it to 5 later. .. i wonder the working hour is it till 5 .. don ffg later

so u got the speed that u subscribe ? i upgraded from 512 to 1mbps and was settled yesterday at 5pm but until now i test the speed still ard 500 something only ...arghh ... i cant call in hp .. no ppl picks the call ==

i hate friday ... should i drop a voicemail ?

opss .. sorry .. i should say my homeline cant call out .i duno why . the homephone has sound but when i enter phone number then no tone .. cant call out . i use my mobile phone call in the house number , there is dial tone but my homephone not ringing == . before that i thought because i subscribed to streamyx combo rm 90 which i only use the line for streamyx , yet i was paying rm 93.30 for 2yrs + , until recently i checked back , it never upgrade to that package . so in the end , now i signed for unipack 1mbps .

finally i can call in hp .. by 1800 886998 .. stupid tm gave me another number .. spent rm 5+credits for calling the noob number

argghh .. i got the riger db108 modem last week , was using until yesterday the contractor came , due to the internet light is not on at the time he wanted to do setting ,then he used the new modem that he brings along ( innacomm w3100 ) , then did the settings .

just i off the innacomm modem and when i on again , all lights are on and stable , the internet light is blinking . but i cannot access to internet =="

then i switched back to riger modem again and accessing to internet . but i log into 192.168.1.1 , the streamyx account id is not mine ...

for the wireless configuration , is same as i set for this modem .

do i need to type in my streamyx id n passwd and save/reboot it now ?

THANKS ! yet i haven get the order number . i called for asking bout this yesterday . my streamyx activated on 17th ( which supposed on 9th ) . sat n sun the HP hotline is not working

i didnt get d streamyx zone id too . i only get the email ( subject : Claim your free song downloads from Hypptunes.com.my now ) that i can claim the free songs download ==" i dont need to download from there. anyhow , do i need to activate that ?

i only see the thigns above , i don't see any words that show "add on" there , in addition , all my address , contact , account bill payment was outdated == . my previous address never updated

question 2 : i asked before but no answer . i wonder is there anyone having the same situation .

case 1 :
when i off my modem B , and On it , the internet led has no light at all , which means no internet . When i switch to modem A , then i got all lights ON .

case 2 :
The same goes to , i OFF modem A now and ON back , no internet light in modem A . switching to modem B , internet led is ON . =="
