i send alot of email already ,now i sent to tm and hp custcare ,if still no update ,i will send report to consumer association to force them change

can i ask something regarding the bill? the 50% off for 1st month subsription fees means that... my streamyx bill will be entitled for 50% off no matter im upgrading or new applicant?
for all the new homeline subscriber~ u will need to pay 1st month rental fees of rm26! |

lets say my current streamyx is under my dad's name. And i don't terminate it, but instead change it to my name and upgrade it to the coolunipack package. Will that speed up the process instead of terminating and registering a new account just for the coolunipack package?

i got my 1st mth bill ... but i dont understand :
Caj Bulanan 1.00 Caj Perkhidmatan Internet 66.00 Cukai Perkhidmatan (5%) 0.05 Jumlah Caj Semasa 67.05 the package is 1 mbps , thus , rm 38 + rm 30 = rm 68 .. but it showed rm 66 per mth ? wats that ??? |

You have to terminate your dad's streamyx account first and resubscribe one under ur name. |
