Attainable is your telephone line Potential Rate. The word potential describes 'Possible to Attain' when there are no limitations such as caps. Another word to describe this is Maximum Line Speed. In other words, your line has the ability to obtain up to 2048 kbps of downstream speed, but since you are paying for 1mbps, you are capped at 1280kbps of downstream speed.

What you just need to look, is just Rate.

Attainable rate is affected by factors such as distance from the Exchange Server, condition of copper wire, external factors etc. ADSL2+ Attainable Rate/Maximum Rate/Potential Rate as per its technology only allows up to 24Mbps. ADSL on the other hand, about 8Mbps.

Tm point at Desa Petaling, service is good but waiting time is slow...due to 2 counter open for registration only. So it's advise to go there early morning.

I get my streamyx terminated without penalty there.

Then my friend apply and get netbook all in 2 weeks time.

pls include ur netbook serial no. , ur name , home add. , phone no. for streamyx , product code and relevant info that they need

dont make urself look like fool as if ur the only application that ppl need to process. give ppl sometime and if after 1-2months later still the same , no change for the warranty period , then only go complaint.u left 14months for ur warranty and why so nervous as if ur warranty period is going to expired next week ?

even u complain , do u knw how to complain thru proper channel so that ppl entertain and handle ur complaint ? who are u going to complaint ? TM or Hp ? think rationally using ur brain shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

u will only make urself heart attack if u keep on complaining ppl without use ur brain to think. Please use proper english so that ppl understand wat u want. cool2.gif cool2.gif
