Can't quite remember what's included. Well it's kinda high back then, but can't just take PSF and price to compare. You must also see the size and the floor level of the property. Generally the smaller and higher the pricier.

CIMB Bank is coming to ativo, now is in renovation and shall start business in march 2014.

Around RM600 psf is for those bigger units above 1000 sf

Just rented out my unit for RM1.5K/mth bare unit. Tenancy 2+1 yrs starting 1 Mar.

Most of the retails shop have started in business. Roughly around 2 retail shop still vacant, 2 in renovating. But I felt that blok B is more happening.

D'Fong Restaurant took over Summer Palace in Damansara Kim.

Sri dsara is lacking of community retail commercial.. I m not talking about shoplots there ha but lifestyle commercial. Dsara Avenue's mall ll be a success at SD. Unfortunately TA execution on the mall still in infant stage n no one can tell me when it ll schedule to start when i dropped by DA sales office. Community mall..more like aus, no need big x2 mall le. The Azelia facade's colour is horrible n i hope it is not the final paint apply ha.

EKC ll be the centre of gravity of cheras in future. If ekovest can execute well, it ll be THE place in Cheras. Gd choice.
