Foresta average RM500psf or lower. DA average RM600 psf or higher. More than 20% difference...

When will Altivo Plaza be vp?

If launch in Aug 2010, by 2013 should be ready, right?

Wonder who will be the operators at the retail units?

Ya, the 1st and 2nd floor of Altivo was not sold but lease out by TA, only offices 3rd floor up were sold..

In that case should be vp next year...saw the signboard beside Caltex along LDP, TA advertising for the type of businesses to lease the retail units...

Hope will become a new happening place in this part of town, wonder whether the urban park portion for Altivo will be ready when Altivo vp n open to public, then should be quite attractive... rclxms.gif

Big disappointment with TA Global, thought they have a good reputation...

How can they punish their early purchasers... vmad.gif which is so short sighted when they have so many phases to go

Understand that they bought the land from L&G n hence cost at market value few years back only unlike L&G the cost of their land is surely nominal...

The project total acre is 48 acres. U can go to showroom n see their whole master plan scale model

The jialat thing is after the azelia launch, it has been quiet for so long. Most developers want to clear stock before election n this one no idea what they are planning. They want to show success of altivo before next launch????

Yes, the place looks like ready to handover anytime...

But the 10 tenants listed are ok, nothing to shout about but is a good start...hope can make the place more vibrant

Courts Mammoth started renovation at 8trium...

The water splashes and the small green areas look not bad...

The ALTIVO SOFO no much marketing hype one, only some banners in Sri Damansara and ad in iproperty

Hopeful not ballot like Azelia and overkill
