Just visited damansara avenue... But sale office is close. Overall It look nice n seem like it gonna to VP soon. Saw many car park at road side or sure is agent or owner.

Will TA will sucess in Damansara Avenue, anyone invest?
Coming Ativo Sofo will it will be another good buy project?

Ya, TA look like not very focus on this project. The last launched of Ativo in year 2010 and Azealia in year 2011 till now i believe most of the people already have forgot TA got a development in Sri Damansara.

Any azelia resisdence owner here?

1 thing the good for this project i found is the surrounding area and layout, all unit window for this project are facing out side with nice view, not like others project window for 2nd or 3rd room are facing next unit window in a distance around 3-6m and it having a basement car park so u wont see ugly car park podium. From the picture it shown they are using clay brick not sand brick. If the price remain no change as launching than it is really a good buy coz launching is around RM650/ft2 in year 2011 and now year 2013 most project are selling RM700/ft2. No DIBS also never mind coz it gonna complete very soon.The most is going to serve interest for 3 months plus after signing SNP we got 90 working day to secure loan and developer wont bill us during the 90 working days. Should visit the sale gallery this week.

Yap agree. Like The Airie @ Bandar Sri Damansara also having very good respond without rebate, discount and free gift. Sierramas Heights too.

A bit disappointed with TA, facilities are not being well maintained by their maintenance team.

Woo, already paying for TNB deposits mean it will completed in very soon time.

Is it urs is the balloting unit? What is the price for ur unit?

430k for 614ft2 is RM700pft oh. Is it too expensive n crazy in year 2011. I tot it is around 600 pft, Mind to share your package. Any discount n freebie? Mean the next lauch it won't be lower than RM 700 pft.

CIMB Bank is coming to ativo, now is in renovation and shall start business in march 2014.
