From the picture it shown they are using clay brick not sand brick. If the price remain no change as launching than it is really a good buy coz launching is around RM650/ft2 in year 2011 and now year 2013 most project are selling RM700/ft2. No DIBS also never mind coz it gonna complete very soon.The most is going to serve interest for 3 months plus after signing SNP we got 90 working day to secure loan and developer wont bill us during the 90 working days. 1210 deposit for three phase and 490 for phase A
