1 thing the good for this project i found is the surrounding area and layout, all unit window for this project are facing out side with nice view, not like others project window for 2nd or 3rd room are facing next unit window in a distance around 3-6m and it having a basement car park so u wont see ugly car park podium. From the picture it shown they are using clay brick not sand brick. If the price remain no change as launching than it is really a good buy coz launching is around RM650/ft2 in year 2011 and now year 2013 most project are selling RM700/ft2. No DIBS also never mind coz it gonna complete very soon.The most is going to serve interest for 3 months plus after signing SNP we got 90 working day to secure loan and developer wont bill us during the 90 working days. Should visit the sale gallery this week.

A bit disappointed with TA, facilities are not being well maintained by their maintenance team.

look at surrounding, not realy fully functioning yet same goes to facilities.

1210 deposit for three phase
and 490 for phase A

Yes belief all the studios where snap up during the balloting. Mine was about 430K if not mistaken. My daughter also got her unit on the high floors.

Aiyoh friend this was in 2011. Now the properties are near completion.
