Still no news of the Altivo SOFO launch...

Still so much land available at DA and after such a long gap after the launch of Azelia, they come out with SOFO...real disappointment doh.gif

Agree, TA is too slow in comparing with others player in the market, others keep pushing launch new development during the properties industry is booming n the result shown all new launching property have overwhelming response from the public. I would said TA is too conservative till they might miss the boat, maybe TA is too rich.

If in last time than the speed of execution is consider OK, coz in those times developer will only launch a new project after the completion of one project. Seldom we will found a project fully sold out within a day or launch few phases development together, like setia eco hill, Ecosky, fennel....

Current master plan is too generous, nowadays land not cheap wow.

48 acres land is huge, come on can't even plan a MRT mix development?

8trium not doing well, sell SOFO for what?

Actually how bad is 8trium doing now? occupancy rate too low? i tot The Court is having a mega store at 8trium. If compare to Ativo Plaza office who is doing better?
Coz im waiting n expecting the next launch in Sri Damansara.

Saw the floor directory for 8trium, besides L&G occupying the top 2 floors, most of the other floors have no tenants yet...

Altivo Plaza with its F&B frontage should definitely attract more crowd

Not sure is a new branch or move it from the existing. That day had lunch at subway saw the renovation is in progress. The notice placed at the holding mentioned the renovation works shall complete by March 2014.

It sound so bad, it is the concept is not well being accepted by the community in this area? Last time when visited the TA sale sale office manage snapped some pic on the master plan. It shown great...

The new DUKE 2 extension is most welcome but why don't they do something about the u-turn bottleneck under the flyover
