Most of the retails shop have started in business. Roughly around 2 retail shop still vacant, 2 in renovating. But I felt that blok B is more happening.

Example Their TA3&TA4 take so long only start. If I not mistake it started advertising in year 2009. 2015 only start developing the plot of land just infront KLCC. TA untung the appreciation of the land price already untung Gila don need to built anything on it.

Damansara Avenue used to be very impress & potential development but seem like TA is too rich and not focusing on this project. sad.gif

small unit maybe in range 350k- 600k market acceptable price range.

Better put hope on the LnG coming mix development on the existing club house and driving range. I think it will be materialized in this year or next year. LnG is in final negotiation with damansara club on it.

From 2013 the Ativan sovo TA Global already every quarterly give statement that targeting to be launch till now oh.
By the way any owner from Azelia and Ativo what's their deliver quality, after customer services? How can this 2 project owner all not inside lowest forum? Can share more info?
