visited the area last night...
Tried the Restaurant name Cafe Rondaevoo... Food not bad.. Price reasonable...

Overall the commercial area looks good on the front part...

Anyone got more info about the upcoming SOFO launch?

U mean they increase price for those limited unsold unit still available now?

As mentioned by chlim his blotting unit already 430K for 615 ft2 which mean it is in RM 700/ft.

Further nowaday is normal every developer adjust the price as market value.

Pricing for small units would be correct but those bigger size units at 1000 sf above surely was below RM650psf
