The office suite n shops are near completion i think. Passed by yesterday.TA should slap themselves not making this proj successful given this gd loc within bsd. Totally fai in pricing n marketing. I hope they can get the linear park up asap to lure more ppls to hang ard there not jus vp the blocks without giving more on the common area as what they promised in their sales talk.

Good masterplan but lousy pricing n marketing strategies n execution. Totally wasted! It could b a great proj. Too bad....

Sri dsara is lacking of community retail commercial.. I m not talking about shoplots there ha but lifestyle commercial. Dsara Avenue's mall ll be a success at SD. Unfortunately TA execution on the mall still in infant stage n no one can tell me when it ll schedule to start when i dropped by DA sales office. EKC ll be the centre of gravity of cheras in future. If ekovest can execute well, it ll be THE place in Cheras. Gd choice.
