Ordered U2311H (Rm649) on 20 Sept.... now 24 Sept... order status still says invalid after keying in Internet Reference Number and email address.... why so slow????

im using U2410 too

mine 2209wa ......I just adjust it manualy (suited to my eyes lah).....I lowered the brighnest level to 10 (so bright oo) and select the COOL option......no special calibration software...hows yours??

I was thinking of getting AOC E2236VW. Is there anyone encountered any problems with this particular model? Cause I wont really know about AOC LCD since I think its new to the market. Is it a new brand for LCDs? Thanks in advance for the feedbacks.

Anyone who ordered the U2311H keeps getting their date pushed back? From 27 sept, to 4th oct, to 11th now! :S Guess they really dont have stock.

I ordered mine last Friday, it's still WIP
The estimated delivery date is on the 18th Oct

Maybe I'm just unlucky but I've had nothing but problems trying to buy Dell and find there Customer Service hopeless.

Placed an order for a U2311H Monitor on 13th September, 2010: delivery on their confirmation email was was 20th September, 2010
I thought Great, waiting in all day on 20th Nothing, logged on to order status it had changed to 13th October, 2010!

Cut a long story short been ring their customer service numerous times, got so fed up I told them to cancel the order, they can't even do in over a week now.

Mind you they are very clever to take your money promplty! They say they it will take 3-4 weeks to process my refund but they have to arrange 'collection from the hub'. I've only ordered a Monitor and they can't tell me what they have to collect. They keep talking about parts shortage and order being incomplete, I keep saying I've only ordered a monitor, what parts can be short, the packing box?

I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY FROM DELL AGAIN EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS APPAULING.

Oh and for those of you waiting I spoke to someone who said 13th October is doubtful! Hence I cancelled.

Plus it has dropped in price again, now RM 699.00 kind of pointless when they don't have any.

I had no problem dealing with them for the 2 notebooks (bought different time) I bought years ago.
I guess the lack of stock is causing all these problems to you. And perhaps me too

I called up Dell and they said the issue now is all the U2311H is already available but they are waiting for 'labelling' to arrive, means now we are waiting for some freaking stickers and that is going to take weeks?

@gsshaw, unfortunately it's not the packing box that is in shortage, something more minute - the labelling stickers
