Maybe I'm just unlucky but I've had nothing but problems trying to buy Dell and find there Customer Service hopeless.

Placed an order for a U2311H Monitor on 13th September, 2010: delivery on their confirmation email was was 20th September, 2010
I thought Great, waiting in all day on 20th Nothing, logged on to order status it had changed to 13th October, 2010!

Cut a long story short been ring their customer service numerous times, got so fed up I told them to cancel the order, they can't even do in over a week now.

Mind you they are very clever to take your money promplty! They say they it will take 3-4 weeks to process my refund but they have to arrange 'collection from the hub'. I've only ordered a Monitor and they can't tell me what they have to collect. They keep talking about parts shortage and order being incomplete, I keep saying I've only ordered a monitor, what parts can be short, the packing box?

I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY FROM DELL AGAIN EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION IS APPAULING.

Oh and for those of you waiting I spoke to someone who said 13th October is doubtful! Hence I cancelled.

Plus it has dropped in price again, now RM 699.00 kind of pointless when they don't have any.

The order I cancelled a week ago just updated 'ORDER STATUS' delivery; it is now 18th October, 2010 for anyone planning to buy - DON'T
