Just wondering, I have browse through various online jobs website, if there's any job open for Malaysian, the employer require the applicants a PR or with work permit. I NEVER seen before any employer state they will assist in work permit application.
so how am I gonna apply a work permit if no company offer me a job? confuse here. |

the company will apply the working permit for u when they wanna hire u. Be sure u ask for employment pass rather than S pass or anything if u have a degree as i know some of the company don't wanna apply employment pass for their worker but S pass instead

asking for silly question. I got a job offer but not really sure about the process.
Now my status is I got the offer letter and at the offer letter, it was stated: 'I shall commence work on the date a Work Pass is issued to me by Ministry of Manpower. I acknowledge and agree that in any event, I will commence my employment on 16 August 2010, failing which you may revoke your offer of employment.' I haven't applied employment pass yet, does it mean that I will commence my job as long as employment pass being issued? Or I will start to work on 16/08/10?? Thanks in advance^^ |

What's the marginal benefit getting Iphone 4 with troubles still brewing on its technical specs? I prefer to apply the "wait and see" strategy before committing myself to buy.

I reckon Apple will soon ship new iPhone4s where the aluminium edge is rubber coated ala Lenovo Thinkpad. We sell that type of high tech adhesive synthetic latex and guess who's been receiving samples since a while back... Anyway, the rubber bumper is too inelegant a solution for Apple to accept long term. It catches dust and moisture, and gets grimy with use. Apple will not let such a smirch on its reputation for impeccable design quality to go unrectified indefinitely. I'd wait for a quietly updated version, if I were you. Just want to ask another question about immigration stuffs... my passport will expire in 9 months time and I am planning to renew it sometime this week. After the renewal do we need to inform MoM? I am a EPass holder.
