Wanna ask, did anyone here ever face a problem which a company trying to apply EP for u but rejected due to "inconsistency" reason? I work in singapore before and i hav EP before but got cancel because i change to another company. So anyone face this problem before and how to rectify it?

i never know such things can happen le, really. Now i know liao, must work till get PR first before i leave a company. Then how to solve this problem now le?

lol, first company i oledi work for 6 months, this is my second company

they are going to appeal for me, it gonna take 3 weeks, i wonder why it is like tat. i just be positive tat's all. impossible u get soo stress up because of such things ba, i cannot do anything also, only time can solve it. i oledi at malaysia for 1 week +, tomolo i reenter singapore again. hopefully everything went well.

Today i just went to the 3M company and sign the contract, and i heard from the HR tat some previous employer also face these kinda problem where their EP application was rejected and the only way to solve is to appeal and wait D:

the company will apply the working permit for u when they wanna hire u. Be sure u ask for employment pass rather than S pass or anything if u have a degree as i know some of the company don't wanna apply employment pass for their worker but S pass instead

not only malaysian abuse maids, if u read the newspaper in singapore, u can read alots of news regarding how singaporeans abuse them till they poison them back.

yes, they can sack u because since u just work for 2 month and u are still under probation. The company can either sack u and compensate u or they will ask u to resign.

agree with u, but then nowadays most of the advertisement on the bus stop are mostly agents. and i really hate dealing with agents.

damn, my house owner just told me tat he wanna increase my rent to 500sgd. wtf! with 500sgd i can move to a room with at least an aircon and include utility fees! i am soo gonna move out soon

at first 380 to 430 due to my gf frequently visit me and stay overnight. now 430 to 500! the reason he give is tat the government increase the electricity bills, so hav to increase my rent also.

my location is good, the problem is tat, the owner and his mother. His mother stay at the living room and even sleep there, i hardly go out from room. then when we first rent the room, he says he dun smoke, but recently, he smoke like crazy, smelly like shiet. and not to mock his religion, he is taoist type, the house got 5 to 6 place where they burn incense. 2 more on the corridor, and big alter in the living room burning 24/7. walau eh..

i do agree with toda, there is no point converting SGD to RM when u gonna stay and live in singapore.

for me, the best way to find a room is by going to the nearby bus stop and have a look at the place where they advertise room. There will be alot alot of advertisement there

it depend on where u wanna stay, for example, if i wanna stay at jurong east, i just go to the MRT station there, normally there will hav a notice board for people to post notice, just spend some time there and look for a room through the notice board.
