want to ask something...

should we state that we r like "company X scholarship receiver" in our resume?

if the company is very reputable in the industry, you might as well put it in.

Ah~ Competition... They might do a background check (attitude problems? bad habits?) on you so choose your references properly.

The question is who is going to change your resume? I believe if you send it to the correct person, then it will be use correctly. But then again, why would some stranger would like to change your resume? hmm.gif

Should be fine. But you have to ensure that person is capable of establishing your abilities and credibility.

Thanks to lax network security in my workplace, I accidentally had a good look at a bunch of resumes. laugh.gif
I notice many most applicants put their current supervisors as reference.
I wonder why is this so? Not afraid of boss finding out you're seeking employment elsewhere?
Pls enlighten me.

1) probably junior level staff, first job, so no prev. ref
2) interviewers usually sensible enough NOT to call current super unless the candidate say its orait.
3) wanna let their super know they are looking for job.

Is it a good idea to include current and expected salary in the resume?
Most company i applied need me to state both info in my resume.... I always prefer to reveal my expected salary during interview.... smile.gif

I've come to sense after all these years, that why should we put it in?
Like you mentioned; it can always be done during the interview itself.
When you've been in the industry long, the question to ask is "How much you can pay me?", directed towards the interviewer instead of the opposite of someone asking you what is your expected salary. wink.gif
