Im going to look for jobs and in the process of preparing resume

I just realised that resume that will be sent must be in PDF file..
So, what software should i use to convert words file to PDF file?

I wanna ask is it ok to write my resume in table form?

I had sent resumes to some companies a month ago....however no company seem to get back to me..

I wonder is it my mistakes that i did on my resume ( in table form)...coz I thought it will looks more neatly

Attach it will be better as the HR personnel might need to print it out for references
