At the beginning, I was looking for type A and unfortunately, type A has sold out. then, booked type B with 618k before phase 3 open.

During the triple launching, change to type A with 633k after 20k rebate. Have to pay extra ..

My opinion is the type A & B are more privacy at the ground floor. Definitely, the layout if looks from outside like bunglow type if compare to C. Upper floor design quite similar for all types. My friend adviced me to get A in terms of flat and the dining room looks bigger if compare to B because of staircase.

However, it still depends your choice.

Visited Emerald this afternoon with the hope of some cancellations for Coral. None and I am considering Coris which is expected to be launched in May. Checked with the sales guy about future plans of emerald. New Chinese school, Jusco and I was also told probably a new park to replace the golf course. I think no big loss as long as greenery is maintained.

Actually how long can we need to sign SPA after we paid the booking? I m still waiting for my loan offer and I applied for HL, CIMB Islamic and Maybank.

I give up PBB offer as they only offering 90% of nett purchase price. At the end, I sign up OCBC with BLR - 2.4 although it is semi-flexi. They will charge RM10.00 processing fee when redrawing. Other bank will charge RM10.00 every month regardless you redrawing or not.

HL also offering same rate but they forced me to take MRTA. You could considering take Life insurance instead as it is more flexible and cash return and low premium which OCBC could give you the flexibility.

last week my husband went to the sales gallery just to get info on the water & electricity supply for ivory phase 3..but we were quite shocked to be informed that ivory 3 has not received the CF yet..but we already received our house key..just wanna ask u guys..can we get the house key although CF has not been issued yet??..i'm confused....

Yes. I received the letter. This Saturday 10am.

I also got rm500 la.... sad...i think the voucher can be used for our next payment if i m not mistaken. Wanna ask if anyone got their free TV during the triple fortune?

How long is the delay?

After being informed by the lawyer that i can claim the TV from developer, I went to the sales office asking them. Then 1 week later they call me that the letter is ready. Maybe they only prepare when u chase for it...
