Already asked M Residence buyers, they are getting auto boom gates & access card for their guardhouse access
Guocoland still give EW buyers manual boom gates with car stickers? Are they stuck in the funky 80's?
Btw I think Coral & Coris buyers can take Guocoland to the Home Buyer Tribunal for misrepresentation

I think they better write a formal letter and pass it to the HQ or sales office!
MS services better, reply to the purchaser after get the complaining letter on the same day.

I taught they will build the park and houses like DEsa park city.
Just say only, I don't think the emerald west as nice as desa park.
They won't plant the tree as desa park.
The guardhouse really really not nice. Pls build again...

Anggun seems to meet your expectation. you may choose from exising (Anggun 1), newly built (Anggun 2), or brand new (Anggun 3).

Already submitted an official complaint to both web form and the manager contacts that you sent me, killed 2 birds with one stone in case the web form is not forthcoming. Fingers crossed

Perimeter fencing!!!..so far I don't see any perimeter fencing was build at Coral..especially closed to highway anybody know about this..

I am really confused! Coral has got a guardhouse but without perimeter fencing, Amberly no perimeter fencing and no guardhouse. SA informed that must wait for CF then only can put up fence and build guardhouse at Amberly. Hope Guocoland can revert with feedback on the situation as I cannot go on taking double dosage of my hypertension medication!

What are they trying to do, everything is being paid off and purchase by the buyer or owner, they must deliver what is being purchase!!!
