You should compare Cheras against Puchong instead of just Sg Long which is so much smaller.

They have said the same thing more than 6 months ago....unlikely this committee can get all documents ready within the remaining two months.

I think and hope not to become another Puchong, traffic at Puchong really worst. There are some Malay reserve land around Hulu Langat and around Kajang, not sure touchable or not

Talk about BMC, just want to share that understand from this month onward BMC Commercial Area will become one way instead of two. Below is the proposed route.

if SEH and EM township development turn out well.
you will see the price will shoot up even far better than this area.

a fine quality township is very rare nowadays.
