Nowadays owner or agent really trying to maximize the profit (comparable to new property price).
2 storey 20x65 basic unit ask for 520k. And it was so run down. Slightly renovate/furnish also ask for 580k-600k. When ask for valuation, cannot get >"< Those posted in iproperty that below 500k is fake one. When call and agent will say sold out, got other unit 500k above. |

I owned the Link Villa type B2 and have been visiting the construction sites a few times already. I just open the construction main metal gate n walk into my unit. If it's locked, then I'll ask the security guard stationed nearby to open it for me. Yup, the access road really sucks, have to share with Taman Suria resident, wonder y Tropicana dun wan to build a new access road for his own. I guess the main reason Tropicana reluctant to build a new access road is because of the housing development around the area by other developers. Tropicana build access road n then the other use it for free? Not fair rite? Today I received my tropicana gold membership card.... Hahaha nice one |
