Nowadays owner or agent really trying to maximize the profit (comparable to new property price).
2 storey 20x65 basic unit ask for 520k. And it was so run down. Slightly renovate/furnish also ask for 580k-600k. When ask for valuation, cannot get >"< Those posted in iproperty that below 500k is fake one. When call and agent will say sold out, got other unit 500k above. |

I owned the Link Villa type B2 and have been visiting the construction sites a few times already. I just open the construction main metal gate n walk into my unit. If it's locked, then I'll ask the security guard stationed nearby to open it for me. I guess the main reason Tropicana reluctant to build a new access road is because of the housing development around the area by other developers.
