The proposed MRT station is at Bandar Tun Hussien Onn. It nearer to Mahkota Cheras.

I like Twin Palm so much also! Somehow I always associated Twin Palm as cheaper version of Dpc, clubhouse, layout, grand entrance s well.. My dad considering Twin Palm and Bukit Sg Long.. Any comments?

The new MRT stations should surely enhance the traffic situation in Bandar Hussien Onn, Mahkota Cheras, Sungai Loong and etc.

And with the new commercial development in surrounding like C180, Jaya Juscos and other new commercial centers, the amenities and facilities and convenience would be enhanced.

And being located between the Kuala Lumpur City Center and Klang Valley South, the location is considered pretty strategic.

However the accessibility of the area is rather restricted with limited link to Grand Saga highway(access to the north), SILK highway(access to the south), Langat river. Little money spent for the bridges over the Langat river would be a huge upgrade for this location and accessibility greatly enhanced. With the MRT stations in place, it is hoped that it would be of great relief of the current traffic congestion.

Future development in Land fronting Grand Saga highway could also be catalyst for future house price surge.

Purchase and investment in this place has been reaffirmed by the interests of the developers that plan to develop the place putting in efforts, time and money.

The important question now is the timing especially short term prices whether there will be a temporary drop(at best 10% to 15%?) and therefore some buying at the high price. However, in long run this place would be good especially if the traffics, roads and accessibilities are upgraded. The upcoming of Klang Valley South would help as well as this place is quite well connected with Klang Valley south.

Yes, the existing development and the future development sound very promising.

Even if it is not translated into short term property price appreciation, it is definitely an UPGRADE.

Starting to like this place more.

Don't think Vajos is comparing the size.

both Sungai Loong and BMC are getting more and more happening.
