any good hardware shop with reasonable price recommended that sell bath room accessories, fan, water pipe etc near sg long or balakong .

Hmm, got Golf Club

Next Tamam got AEON - Mahkota Cheras and Cheras Selatan

Within 5 to 10 min from your house u can get

1) Banks
2) Various Hawker Food
3) Pasar Malam

Its quite quiet at night, no pubs to disturb the night

but the club house looks aiyo.....

been to KLGCC, RSGCC and pj tropicana 1. all very nice.

this 1 very need to upgrade.

Sg long is an established town by itself, banks, eateries all have
and short drive to BMC if you want to buy more goods
some already rooted here, so no right or wrong
I see BMC more vibrant, seeing both Sg Long with new chinese school, UTAR
both BMC and Sg Long will be complementing each other well

As far as I know, Sg Long Golf Club only upgrade recently, look quite ok.

Anyway comparison need to be made against similar residential area nearby instead of far away places.

Let forget about small taman, there are four BANDAR in Southern Cheras ie Bandar Sg Long, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Bandar Damai Perdana and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn.

Sg Long is the only Bandar has golf club somemore it is a only golf club endorsed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus.

In term of road condition and light at night, Sg Long is far better than BDP & BTHO, slightly better than BMC.
In term of commercial activity, BMC is better than BDP, Sg Long and BTHO.

For Chinese school, only BDP has it, Sg Long only have a 90% complete but not sure when can open SRJK (C ), neither BMC & BTTHO has it.

I personally think UTAR is a selling point besides the above, never underestimate the purchasing power of 10,000 strong varsity students, property value for both commercial and residential property sure go up.

I've no idea, I think most probably by next year, maybe u can look for Tropicana Cheras Link Villas, just inside of Taman Suria.

In term of road access, BMC is the worst, not much better for BSL.

Sg Long shop lot has one shop, quite small shop selling tiles, toilet and kitchen stuff, there is one bigger tiles outlet at balakong beside the silk highway, from batu 11 village, you will see that outlet below the flyover and before the temple.
