As UTAR forges ahead with growth and expansion, developments have started for a new city campus building in its Sungai Long Campus which is scheduled to be completed in mid-2015. Upon completion of this city campus building, all its campuses in the Klang Valley will be consolidated in Sungai Long. With this consolidation, the University looks forward to another decade of progress and developments in support of excellence in education.

not sure la, they have been saying wana move everything up Kampar for years, but PJ and Sg Long branch still running, not sure about Setapak one though.

I know there will be medical faculty and traditional chinese medical faculty in Sg Long campus, not sure what others they offer

8 out of 14 faculties/centres are going to move to Sg Long campus, i believe 12,000 students capacity may be easily exceeded within few years time. Good news for commercial area business owner and condo nearby but not so for traffic....shall we pressure MCA for interchange?

Kampar is quite far from Klang Valley, I think UTAR are targeting students and working adult in Klang Valley.

You should compare Cheras against Puchong instead of just Sg Long which is so much smaller.

My other wish list for Bandar Sungai Long/BMC

How many % pay maintenance now?

I think RM40 per month is not much but I still remember earlier this year RA in SL7 almost stop the guard service because many don't pay.

Fund, can hire Gurkha guard already .

Heard Lastime only 60% pay but after they stop awhile and happend 7 break in same day then start again until now maintain 80%
