Stay in Cheras now, think to find a property in Sg Long / BMC for investment.. but the rental still quite low.

Only can wait for the price to appreciate.. hmm.gif
One of my colleague bought a house in Sg Long last year, 450k, now asking around 550-600k. Not bad though.

Palm walk 3 many are selling at 700k range. Yes new one.
But don't expect hugh build up, mostly are just 18x65 to 20x70 only.

Sg Long & BMC is like a ded end alrdy, no more land to develope and expand summore. Not much catalyst around and can't see hugh future boom.
Not too far away from KL but location is not very strategic.

How is the purchasing power of people here? Seems still have many vacant shops..

Unless have new shopping mall like Setia Alam, or else commercial will be running quite slow in this area.
Just like last time, Kelana Jaya still don't have Paradigm mall.. it's quite dead also.. now have Zenith residence, Paradigm residence.. all price boom sky high lol

I think most people her prefer to go Cheras like Tmn Segar, Cannaught, Velocity, Mid Valley to spend money? Not too far away..
