From sungai long, let say weekdays, around 7am to 7.15am depart, take how long reach kl center area?

So far i just know PW3 gated brick wall. PW1 & PW2 not sure.

if u re resident for phase 1 and 2, will you agree that the heavy vehicle to use your main entrance for the phase 3 construction? of course no, heavy vehicle will worsen the traffic and damage the road...

this developer sucks la, built guard house without approval and now ask MPKJ to demolish the guard house because residents not allow developer to use the entrance for construction...pity those residents there...


pay premium for gated and gaurded, and end out become non guarded\


next time better go for proper gated and guarded strata title landed, with proper documentdeed of mutual agreement stated that with gated and guard house control...

if let say travel start at 7am in the weekday morning, it takes how long to reach setiawangsa area by using jalan cheras and MRR2 route?
