Certain resident association has actually checked with SILK, the  access can be used in Nov (Tanming & Ki Huat need to joinly build a 50 m access road to connect).

Do not have a big budget but am keen to invest in Sg Long, just a question how bout the condo units in Sg Long, seems like the capital appreciation for the condos here have not increased much fm the purchase price for units like Green Acre and Forest Green.

Advice is much appreciated.

i do also noticed that there are quite a number of existing condos are for sale in sungai long, ie :" forest green, cypress, scottpine.

Is this caused by the decrease of university students around sungai long?

Just moved to Sg Long nearly a month.. Usually I take Sg Long exit to !id Valley. 7.05am get going from house, 7.40am reached mid vally.. Enjoy staying there.. Such a good environment compare to my previous stay in Damai Perdana, the pum and traffic light is killing me when on the way out to work from DP. Where Sg Long way better, except have pay tolls. But worth it!!!

welcome welcome smile.gif ... but what u saw now as compared to 3 years ago when i just moved in is a bit different already. But i am still loving it ... hahaa ... thumbup.gif

btw, Sg long to MV is about 22KM ... If you are lucky and there is no jam at Taman Desa area, then it's about 20 mins u can reach MV. But if it's jam, expect 45 mins to 1 hour ... hahahaa ...

Houses in Sg Long has affordable and expensive range. Projects like Desa Budiman is considered very nice and still affordable if you compared with hot areas like Kinrara and BJ. And you have the high end range like the bungalows in Taming Sari.
