I got the 2 storey semi-D unit (Areca phase). There are still some remaining 2 storey semi-D units if you are interested. Which unit are you planning to get?

Good luck in your house hunting. If you are looking at G&G projects, you may also pay a visit to Jadehills by Gamuda, at Kajang. It is also another nice project. In fact, Twin Palms address is in Kajang as well.

Another success story for share in Bandar Sungai Long

The Pearls at Taman Taming Mutiara 2 covers 25.5 acres and offers 77 units of modern and contemporary 3-storey bungalows. It is a low-density project with about 3.8 units per acre.

The bungalows come in three designs: Akoya Pearl, South Sea Pearl and Tahitian Pearl. Their land areas range from 7,020 to 14,935 sq ft while their built-ups are from 6,898 to 7,004 sq ft. Prices start at RM3.38 million.

Amenities that are close by include a Jusco shopping mall, shops, schools, including an upcoming Chinese school, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, the Sg Long Golf Course and Club and a medical centre.

Tan says some 60% of both projects was taken up before the official launch. Earthworks have started and the projects are scheduled for completion in 1Q201. According to Tan, Phase 1 of the first of the Taman Taming Mutiara series was sold out within 18 months of its launch in September 2007, as was Phase 2 which was launched in November 2008. Both phases consist of 142 units of 3-storey semidees and six 3-storey bungalows.

“The project was completed in September last year. The homes were launched at RM638,000 but their prices have now gone up to RM1.2 million, which must make the buyers very happy,” Tan observes.

Pass though TP while use Silk highway to Nilai, once again, felt that the environment surrounded by lush green amazed me to the max.. Somehow i have a feeling this piece of green going to be removed and develop will be a matter or time.. As location wise, it's just beside the silk highway, well connected to up and coming booming south klang valley..

Comparing Twin Palm and BSL, i would go for BSL in terms of pricing, just have a feeling the BSL appreciation value has bigger room than TP.. Perhaps the TP need to pay RM1 for exist ur sanctuary..

Assuming pricing is not a problem, if I were you, I would go for TP due to the living lifestyle and environment.

Went to my house in Sg Long inspect on my house renovation progression, then drop by Desa Budiman have a look. This project progress real fast.. The landscape was amaze to max!! Kind of regret not buying this prop when it's launch last year for only 460k!! With the present of Dp and new high end bungalow The Pearl by Taming Mutira.. The surrounding area has immediately transform to a quality living lifestyle compare to Ulu forest place last time.. After all the project finished.. This place can is perfect for jog around.. Especially along the route from Desa Budiman to Palm Walk Sg Long.. Can see it will be a level upgrade with nearby enclave.. So lucky for those who bought Desa Budiman superlink and Palm Walk

Thank you. My unit is still under construction, probably will be ready by mid or 3nd of 2012.

It is quite a difficult decision to make.

Pros of JH over TP
============
1) In terms of the greens and landscaping, JH wins hand down. JH has lots of different environment themes which make the entire environment very unique and comfortable, making you feel like living in a undisturbed yet modern forest with facilities. laugh.gif
2) It has other toll free alternatives to reach KL.

Pros of TP over JH
============
1) In terms of structure design, I prefer TP which is more modern looking including the clubhouse.
2) The pricing is cheaper than JH. For the pricing of a cluster unit in JH, I am able to get my semi-D unit in TP.
3) This is my own perception. TP still gives me a feeling of being in Selangor area even though it is under Kajang jurisdiction. For JH, one of the route is to take North South highway which gives me a perception that this area is out of Selangor. In short, it feels like TP is nearer to KL.
4) JH still does not have a showroom for cluster and semi-D for me to visit.
5) TP is much more mature since the residents have stayed in TP since year 2009.

As long you got your dream house, that matters the most. So you got yourself a DST intermediate or corner unit at 800K? Is it a subsale or new property?
