Any comment why you are not doing bar military press and bar upright row?

i think he posted 1-2 weeks back on why he did not do it

Hammer strength - way better than conventional machines. I can Smith shoulder press 225lbs. Not that hard. Hammer I could go heavier but the dumbbell presses already f***ed me over.
Bodybuilding - isolating a particular muscle group even if it's a compound exercise, sounds contradictory but it makes sense. I mentioned before i did that in front of Terry once and he told me to scrap it.
Upright row - too lazy. Lol.

isolating muscle group in a compound movement...hmmm...something to do with mind-muscle connection?

u gotta try Hammer Strength machines yourself to see how close it feels to freeweights. the movement is very natural
